Safe Spaces, Feedbacks, Recognition vs Rewards

About the talk
"Safe space" is the term given to a moment in time between two or more individuals where one person can feel secure in not being judged, criticized, harassed, and, in general, can be themselves without experiencing harm, both in the present and in the future. Years ago, I was unable to create a safe space for others. I couldn't even accept it when others created such a space for me due to some of my inner demons. Although the latter was a more urgent issue for my well-being, the work I was doing to overcome it made me understand closely how safe spaces operate and how they can be created.
